Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Next4Chat, a product of NextRobic Technologies (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Next4Chat on web, Android or iOS, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use online services in your country and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use Next4Chat on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

3. Your account

  • Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your device and verification codes secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Next4Chat to:

  • Break any law or encourage illegal activity.
  • Harass, threaten, impersonate or harm others.
  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, broadcast lists or payment reminders to people who have not agreed to receive them, or malware.
  • Post statuses that mislead customers about offers or prices.
  • Share content that infringes the rights of others or that is abusive, exploitative or unlawful.
  • Interfere with, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

You can block and report users who behave inappropriately. We may review reports and take action, including removing access.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages and content you share. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process and deliver that content to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you send. End-to-end encrypted content can only be read on your devices and the devices of the people you send it to.

If you use Google Drive backup, keep your backup password safe. Without it nobody, including Next4Chat, can restore your backup. Scheduled messages are sent at the time you choose; check the recipients and time before you schedule.

6. My Khata

My Khata is a record-keeping tool. You are responsible for the accuracy of the entries you and your staff make, for having permission to store your customers' details, and for any payment reminders you send. My Khata does not process payments and is not accounting, tax or legal advice. Entries are reversed rather than deleted, and changes are recorded in audit logs.

7. Features and availability

Features may vary by platform and release, and may change, be added or be removed over time. Some protections, such as HTTPS and virus scanning of uploads, depend on how the service is set up on the server.

8. Intellectual property

The Next4Chat name, logo, apps and website are owned by NextRobic Technologies. These Terms do not give you any right to use them except as needed to use the Service.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Next4Chat and delete your account at any time (see account deletion). We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if needed to protect users or the Service.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Next4Chat is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Next4Chat is not a replacement for emergency services.

11. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
